You are responsible for musical direction; developing an overall sound design from production briefs and implementing a design for any productions requiring sound. Learn how to reference material correctly
Use compression and EQ properly and effectively
Learn about multiband techniques
Learn mid/side processing
Train your ears to listen for typical errors in a mix
Improve your critical thinking - understanding why you might use a tool rather than just knowing how to use it.

Pop Projects
It's the 4th time now, that the best students from United POP & Deutsche POP join forces on our "Campus Compilation": During their studies, every student in the music & sound courses produces a music track as a project work.
With the compilation, every student has the chance to be officially released on a real record. It is available on all major music streaming services and at all of our Campuses. But not only the sound is produced by students, the artwork and the whole project management is a student's work, too.
With our „POP Projects“ students and graduates have the chance to work interdisciplinary on projects. They gain additional knowledge, receive feedback from experts and professional credits for their curriculum vitae.
The terms and conditions vary depending on the different projects. There is always a release or presentation of the final work at the end of each POP Project.
