Imagine working in a company for several years and finally: your boss noticed your potential - you have been promoted to manage a project and/or a group of people. However, does that mean you have become their leader? Definitely not. Leadership and management come with
different advantages and disadvantages. Get to know the characteristics of both positions and learn how to embrace their function at the right time

This workshop is part of an Open Day and therefore free of charge. The Open Day starts at 13:00. The workshop itself will start at 15:30. The workshop is approximately 1 hour long.
